Great location, near Danube, shops, and city center. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Excellent bus service. Delicious seafood restaurants nearby. 24hr convenience store around the corner. Saturday and Sunday market worth visiting. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Good breakfast. Hot water and reliable Wi-Fi.
Can't think of anything.

However, the one positive aspect of this hotel was the location. It was conveniently located near bus stops, bakeries, shops, and restaurants. Plus, it was easily accessible to the city center. the staff was friendly and offered assistance in calling a cab for my early trip to the airport.
Despite the friendly staff, the room itself was quite dated and the internet was slow. Plus, the fridge was in a position where it couldn't fully open due to the bed, and the breakfast was limited.

the location, the ambience of a 19th century villa, the tastefully decorated rooms, the rich breakfast with homemade jams and marmelades
A 19th century villa naturally doesn't provide 21st century parking facilities, so don't even think that you might be smart enough to find street parking in congested Zemun; instead try a ride on the public buses (50 cts a ride) or a taxi.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is in a great location near the bus and taxi station, making it convenient to get to the center of the city in just 10 minutes. Additionally, there is a great variety of tasty restaurants and shopping nearby. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was provided each morning, and the hotel staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.
Nothing, all great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.

The hotel is really charming. The old building is nicely renovated and has character. The same is true for the rooms, really nice. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is located close to the main street in Zemun, but it is far away not to be disturbed by the traffic. Having breakfast in the very nice and calm court was a pleasure. I can warmly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a beautiful historical inn with a lovely entrance and inner yard. It was the perfect peaceful retreat from the city's busy streets and located near everything. the bus and taxi stations were close by and shops were easy to find. the staff was friendly, and the room was clean and safe. We enjoyed a great breakfast and slept soundly, thanks to the mosquito repellents provided.
The kitchen in our room was quite limited, making it difficult to prepare a simple hot water meal for our baby.

Breakfast was very good. The staff of the hotel consists of a few very kind and smiling ladies. It is very quite and silent place. The hotel is very well kept and it is very cosy. Very good transports connections to the center of Beograd and to another cities, Novi Sad, for example.
Beds are a little bit too hard.

Great location near the Danube, with easy access to bus stops, bakeries, shops, and restaurants. Cosy and charming atmosphere with well-designed rooms. the breakfast was delicious and customized to the guest's needs.
The parking situation was challenging as it was not possible to park on the street. During our romantic getaway, we enjoyed the hotel's proximity to the Danube and its many dining options.
